Professor Windy Dryden interview on CBT and REBT

Professor Windy Dryden, one of the leading practitioners and trainers in the UK in the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tradition of psychotherapy

In this podcast I interviewed Windy Dryden (pictured) about the approach of CBT and integrative psychotherapy. In 1992 Windy became the first appointed professor of counselling studies in the UK at Goldsmiths College, University of London.  During the course of the interview we chatted about the challenges of editing the Handbook on Individual Therapy, often viewed as essential reading for anyone wanting to know more about counselling and psychotherapy. Windy also articulated his opinions on IAPT in the NHS and what happens to chronic cases. He also discusses RECBT, the Albert Ellis Institute and what is uniting about the different approaches in counselling and psychotherapy.
