Brant Cortright interview on neurogenesis and brain health

Brant Cortright, Ph.D., is a transpersonal therapist, brain health coach and author. His most recent book is The Neurogenesis Diet and Lifestyle: Upgrade Your Brain, Upgrade Your Life. Brant has had a background in clinical psychology and is currently in post as Professor of psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where he also maintains a private practice. His other books are Psychotherapy and Spirit: Theory and Practice in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Integral Psychology: Yoga, growth and Opening the Heart.
